New Earth Sciences Library Catalogue

What

As part of the NRCan Libraries amalgamation, the Earth Sciences Library Catalogue will be merged into a single search with the collections of the former Forestry and Energy, Minerals and Management sector libraries.

Why

The new shared single system will bring benefits for Earth Sciences staff such as:

• Single search for all NRCan Library collections located across the country and representing a comprehensive range of subjects from all sectors' collections
• Flexible search capabilities will allow you to move between searching all collections across the country or to limit your search by location or sector via our dynamic library selector
• New enhancements will include integration with web services like Google Books, as well as the inclusion of more dynamic content
• More support for personalized features like sharable "bookbags" and patron generated RSS feeds
