The NRCan Library - Ottawa (Earth Sciences) provides document delivery/interlibrary loan service to libraries. Individual clients may order photocopies of items held in our collection, but, are asked to request loans through their public/school/workplace library.

Our Document Delivery/Interlibrary Loans Service is committed to filling every request within three days (or four hours for urgent service) provided that the item is available and properly cited. Requests are processed during business hours, 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
